- Resonate. Your message has to have some punch. It must be memorable. It has to create an impression in the minds of your target customers.
- Differentiate. Your message can’t be like everyone else’s. You have to differentiate yourself and your services. There are many ways to do this, but unless your approach offers something out of the ordinary, something unique, it will be more difficult for prospective clients to seriously consider what you have to offer.
- Substantiate. Mike says that if you cannot substantiate the claims you make, nothing else you do will matter. People need to know that the results you claim to be able to provide line up with the promises you make.
